Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any service from Map Flow Marketing, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase or use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Map Flow Marketing provides Google Business Profile optimization, AI receptionist services, and related local marketing services.
We provide defined deliverables as outlined in your selected package or service.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
• Google Business Profile optimization
• Local listing improvements
• AI-powered call handling and call intake systems
• Lead capture and notification automation
• Local marketing support services
AI receptionist services are designed to answer calls, collect caller information, and relay lead details to the business owner.
The AI system does not close sales, negotiate services, or make business decisions on behalf of the client.
We do not guarantee:
• specific rankings
• traffic volume
• call volume
• number of leads
• revenue outcomes
• business growth outcomes
We guarantee completion of the agreed deliverables only.
Automated systems may occasionally misunderstand callers, capture incomplete information, or experience technical interruptions.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed upfront unless otherwise stated.
One-Time Optimization Services
Certain services, such as Google Business Profile optimization, may be structured into two phases:
Phase 1 — Strategy & Setup (50%)
Phase 2 — Implementation & Execution (50%)
Submission of the onboarding or intake form constitutes authorization to begin Phase 1.
Once Phase 1 begins, 50% of the total project fee becomes earned and non-refundable.
Subscription Services
Subscription services, including AI receptionist services, are billed monthly in advance.
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled before the next billing date according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Failure to maintain payment may result in service suspension or termination.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• provide accurate business information
• provide required access when necessary (including Google Business Profile manager access when applicable)
• maintain control of their own phone systems and call forwarding configuration
• respond to communication in a timely manner
Clients are responsible for following up with leads, customers, or inquiries received through services provided by Map Flow Marketing.
Map Flow Marketing is not responsible for whether the client responds to or converts incoming leads.
Delays in communication, required information, or system configuration may delay service performance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Map Flow Marketing is not responsible for:
• Google algorithm changes
• Google Business Profile suspensions not caused by our actions
• competitor activity
• business performance outcomes
• missed calls, dropped calls, or incorrect information captured by automated systems
• telecommunications outages or service disruptions
• lost leads, missed opportunities, or revenue loss
AI systems, telecommunications systems, and automation tools may occasionally experience errors, outages, delays, or inaccuracies.
By using our services, you acknowledge that automated systems cannot guarantee perfect call handling or information capture.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.
7. Definition of Deliverables
Completion of services is defined as fulfillment of the specific scope outlined in the selected package or service.
For Google Business Profile optimization services, this may include:
• Google Business Profile audit
• category optimization
• business description optimization
• services and products setup
• image optimization
• review strategy foundation
• citation submissions (if included in package)
For AI receptionist services, this may include:
• AI receptionist configuration
• call routing setup
• lead capture configuration
• automated lead notification setup
• integration with communication or data systems
Completion of services means the agreed setup, optimization, or configuration has been delivered.
Completion does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, call volumes, or revenue results.
8. Platform & Third-Party Disclaimer
Map Flow Marketing relies on third-party platforms and service providers to deliver certain services.
These may include, but are not limited to:
• Google Business Profile
• telecommunications providers
• AI voice platforms
• automation systems
• messaging services
• call routing platforms
Map Flow Marketing is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or any third-party platforms used in the delivery of services.
We are not responsible for:
• platform suspensions
• outages
• ranking fluctuations
• policy updates
• service interruptions
• algorithm changes beyond our control
If a third-party service experiences an interruption, we may attempt to assist with troubleshooting but cannot guarantee resolution.
9. Review & Compliance Policy
Map Flow Marketing does not create, purchase, fabricate, or incentivize reviews.
All review strategies must comply with platform guidelines and applicable laws.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their business practices comply with platform policies and regulations.
10. Independent Contractors
Map Flow Marketing may utilize independent contractors and third-party specialists to fulfill services.
All contractors operate under confidentiality obligations and perform services solely for the purpose of completing purchased deliverables.
